A Crime Stoppers tip about a loud party in the 400 block of Wauconda Road resulted in the arrests of two adults for supplying alcohol to minors early Sunday morning.
Cheyenne M. Friest, 21, and Austin J. Lovin, 21, of Marshalltown were charged with supplying alcohol to persons under age, according to the Marshalltown Police Department.
Samuel J. Rogers, 19, was also arrested and charged with a social host ordinance violation and possession/purchase of alcohol by person underage.
Additionally, 20 other people, ranging in age from 17-20, were cited for possession/purchase of alcohol by a person under age. They included: Andrew G. Boelman, 18; Brady S. Cox, 18; Dylan A. Diveney; Mary Drummer, 17; Malia M. Durr, 18; Cale M. Friest, 18; Alejandro L. Guido, 18; Seth J. Heinrichs, 18; Nathan E. Henry, 19; Devan Mann, 18; Megan McHenry, 17; Austin C. Moorman, 20; Chad M. Plaehn, 20; Joseph D. Rebik, 18; Dayton C. Slifer, 17; Matthew S. Smith, 19; Matthew F. Thompson, 18; Blair D. VanStaalduine, 19; William J.C. Warner, 18; and Colton J. Williams, 18.
"This was one of the biggest incidents of underage possession of alcohol we have had in quite awhile," said MPD Capt. Brian Batterson.
